At Bloom, we believe in creating an environment where you can flourish both professionally and personally. Here’s what makes working with us unique:
Professionally
It was important to us to renovate the clinic into a functional space - allowing us to practice at our best. We wanted the room design to match the needs of us as practitioners.
-
Each room is large enough to perform exercises in, with floor to ceiling mirrors for visual feedback. No fighting over mirror space between practitioners. We also have a gym space in the back of the clinic with equipment, including weights, band and a pilates reformer.
-
Each room has a large build-in storage cabinet so that you have a neat, closed and clean place to keep all your supplies (IMS needles, manual therapy tools, pregnancy pillow, linens, etc.). No need to carry your supplies around on a trolley or bucket.
-
Each room also has a built in desk with open shelving above to place decor and personalize your space. Having a space to work in that feels personalized makes your workspace more homey!
-
Each room has hooks built into the walls at various heights for displaying exercises with bands.
-
Each room is private - no need to talk over other practitioners in a shared curtained space. Not only does the patient feel important, but so do you!
Personally
Our goal is to create a work environment that feels balanced, supportive and collaborative. No working weekends, no working past 7pm, and we close early on Fridays at 4pm!
We have an espresso coffee machine in our kitchen area because well, it's the little things in life that bring joy!
The Clinic is filled with plants, bringing a sense of calmness to the space. With Google speakers that fill each room with soft, relaxing and happy vibes.
Our reception team is also so wonderful, knowledgable and supportive. They really do make our days easier. We just love them!
It's important to us that practitioners also feel respected and appreciated by our ownership team. This is why we offer an income fee split that aims to be fair for how many years of education you have completed.
